Service Description

Join us at KidzillaFun for our fall session of Karate! Our Lasalle karate class will teach you the art of self-defense and help build coordination, self-discipline, and confidence. Each class begins with warm-up exercises to improve balance and strength, followed by the karate technique to develop focus, memory skills, and reflexes. Our karate class is in Ville Lasalle, Montreal, so visit us and start your journey in martial arts. The class lasts 1 hour and kids are welcome to stay playing at Kidzilla Fun for another hour for free!
