A full refund of the deposit will be issued for cancellations made at least 1 month prior to the party date. Bookings made after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable. Final payment must be made upon arrival, before guests enter the premises. Families must vacate the facility at the end of their scheduled party time; otherwise, a 45$ late fee may apply. If the party extends for more than one 1 hour beyond the scheduled end time, an extended time fee of 150-250$ (depending on the package) per hour will be charged instead of the late fee.
